If you want to shop the Friends & Family sale in-store - well, you're just going to have to know a Sephora employee or make friends with one quickly. This code is only valid online at sephora.com, but Sephora employees have a limited number of personal cards to give to their friends and family, so if someone will give you their card, you can use it to shop in-store.
